Esta noche, cociné Gazpacho. Un plato tradicional de Andalucía en España. Era delicioso… It was absolutely perfect, just the right amount of spice and refreshment. This is the link to the recipe I kind of followed. Here’s a picture… I didn’t have it all to myself haha.
